
vivo has officially launched the vivo X Fold 5 in China.
The X Fold 5 features an 8.03-inch inner LTPO AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2480 × 2200, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits.
The outer screen is 6.53 inches with FHD+ resolution and uses the same LTPO AMOLED screen.

Under the hood, it runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
At the back is a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP main Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical and up to 100x digital zoom capabilities. For selfies, both front displays have 20MP cameras.

Powering the device is a 6000mAh Blue Ocean battery that supports 80W wired, 40W wireless, and reverse wireless charging.
For multitasking, the phone includes a new feature called “Atomic Workbench,” allowing up to five apps to run at once with drag-and-drop support.
Out of the box, it runs OriginOS 5 based on the Android 15 operating system.



The vivo X Fold 5 is now available for pre-order in China and will go on sale starting July 2.
It comes in four variants, 12GB + 256GB for CNY6,999 (around PHP55,299), 12GB + 512GB for CNY7,999 (around PHP63,199), 16GB + 512GB for CNY8,499 (around PHP66,999), and 16GB + 1TB for CNY9,499 (around PHP74,999).
