Lenovo’s carbon laptop is back, but this time, it comes in irresistible White color and ultralight package. Dubbed as Yoga Slim 7i Carbon, the company’s latest business-centric portable machine is made for the on-the-go millennials and entrepreneurs that meet the demands of their lifestyle. While the official Philippine pricing and availability won’t be announced until October 26, Lenovo was kind enough to showcase the features of its featherweight Yoga Slim 7i.

Starting from the outside, the Moon White carbon fiber shell of the Yoga Slim 7i only weighs at least 966g. The sleek profile continues to the 14.25mm thinness that also houses a 13.3″ 16:10 QHD display. Though the outer appearance is lightweight and everything, you’ll be baffled to know that this business laptop actually survived nine military-grade tests for durability, thus meeting MIL-STD-810G standards. In other words, it’s durable enough to withstand bumps, dust, and extreme temperature.

Now, let’s get down to the nitty and gritty of Yoga Slim 7i. At the core is Intel’s latest 11th-gen Core CPU with support for Gigabit speeds via Wi-Fi 6 and two Thunderbolt 4 ports for Rapid Charging and fast data transfers. The 50Wh battery provides up to 15 hours of video playback and up to 14 hours of office productivity, with Rapid Charge Boost offering two hours of use in just 15 minutes of charging. Paired together with the CPU is Intel’s Xe Graphics that’s three times faster than the 10th-gen Intel UHD 620 graphics.

At 13.3″, the crisp display can reach up to 300 nits for a bright output and covers 100% sRGB with Dolby Vision HDR for a colorful and immersive experience. As expected, Lenovo’s most requested features are here, such as Lenovo Smart Assist, Flip-to-boot technology, Glance by Mirametrix, Lenovo Intelligent Thermal System 4.0, Lenovo Vantage, and even Amazon Alexa as your voice assistant.
