Apple has released iOS 27.2 beta 3 for developers.
iOS 27.2 beta 3 introduces the updated Apple Music logo that Apple previously showed when announcing Apple Music Hall. The new design uses a bolder typeface and a lowercase “m” in the word “music.”
The Apple Books app has received additional Liquid Glass design changes in the latest beta. A new progress bar has also been added to show reading progress while going through a book.
The beta also includes several smaller updates, including potential Dynamic Island controls for nearby smart home accessories, a slightly redesigned battery icon in Settings and other parts of iOS, and new splash screens for Apple Fitness and Apple TV.
iOS 27.2 is expected to receive additional beta updates before Apple releases the final version later this month.
