On August 28-29, HONOR Philippines hosted an event at Kamana Sanctuary Resort and Spa in Subic, Zambales, to celebrate the launch of the HONOR 200 Series 5G smartphones.
The event included music, food, and photo challenges that highlighted the features of the new 5G series.
The highlight of the event was the introduction of the HONOR AI Eraser, an upcoming AI feature set to launch this September. This feature will be part of a broader update that includes several other AI tools designed to enhance image quality.
The update will introduce:
- Bokeh Adjustment Tool: Allows users to adjust the aperture and focus to create a professional-looking blur effect in the background.
- Group Photo Enhance Tool: Edits up to 50 people in a single photo, correcting facial distortions and mistimed blinks.
- AI Eraser Tool: Uses generative AI to remove unwanted objects from photos, such as photobombers.
- Face-to-Face Translation: Provides live audio translation into different languages.
Additionally, HONOR announced the upcoming launch of the HONOR X6b. This new device will be available next month. To mark the launch, HONOR will participate in Shopee’s 9.9 Sale with a PISO sale starting at midnight on September 9, 2024.
