Apart from Honor’s flagship being launched earlier – the Honor 8 Pro, the Chinese sub-brand also released the affordable Honor 6C.
Based on sheer specs, the Honor 6C looks to battle the Nokia 6 under the same Php12k price tag.

Under its hood packs a Snapdragon 435 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage to deal with. It’s expandable via the hybrid dual-SIM/microSD slot of up to 128GB.
A 13MP f/2.2 module for the rear camera will be used while a 5MP of the same aperture will be for your selfie pleasures.
The Honor 6C is a tad smaller with its 5.0-inch 720p IPS LCD screen compared to the 5.5-inch 1080p display of the Nokia 6. Something that might leave customers opting for HMD Global’s smartphone. The aluminum metal unibody completes the whole package with a fingerprint sensor at the back.
Honor’s latest affordable smartphone feels a little bit behind with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow coated in EMUI 4.1 while running under 3020mAh battery.
Honor 6C shimmers in Gray, Silver, and Gold colors with a price of €229 in Europe or ~Php12 Philippine peso($245). A global release date still remains in the dark but it’s highly likely to reach local shores.
Keeping the price tag in mind, the Nokia 6 looks to be a compelling buy compared to the Honor 6C.
