
Mark your calendars everyone! HMD Global has just announced its launch event on April 8, 2021. This would introduce the next line of smartphones that would be released this year. It gave the announcement along with a poster that has a hashtag stating #LoveTrustKeep and a man overlooking a forest.
It was previously leaked, back in September 2020, that a Nokia 7.3/7.4 would come out. Along with it are its specs that it would feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ HDR PureDisplay. For its camera, it packs a 48MP rear camera, an ultra-wide, macro, and depth sensor as wells as a selfie cam with 24MP. It would also have a 4,000mAh battery capacity inside. It has also been confirmed by HMD CPO Juho Sarvikas that they are working on a mid-range smartphone that is powered by Snapdragon 690 5G.
This year as well as seen leaked renders of the upcoming Nokia 6.3/6.4 which would feature a 6.45-inch waterdrop notch screen along with a quad rear camera that has a dual-LED flash. There is also a fingerprint mounted on the side that can also be a power button and there is a dedicated Google Assistant included.
Rumors also have circulated that the Nokia G10 that has a model number TA-1334 would make its debut in the launch. Also, there are reports stating that Nokia would officially change how they name their units from using numbers and dots (Nokia 6.3, Nokia 6.4) to letters and numbers (Nokia E7, Nokia C6).
Hopefully, we get full details on Nokia’s next line of smartphones on April 8, 2021. The event would start at 3 PM GMT.
