Google has introduced new touch-up tools in the image editor of the Google Photos app.
These new tools will help users to make quick and subtle edits to faces in a photo.
The tools are designed to refine appearance adjustments such as smoothing skin texture, removing blemishes, brightening eyes, whitening teeth, and adjusting facial details like eyebrows, lips, and under-eye areas.
Users can select a face in a photo and choose from options including heal, smooth, under eyes, irises, teeth, eyebrows, and lips.
Each effect also allows intensity adjustment for more controlled edits.
The Google Photos AI Image Editor is rolling out gradually worldwide on the Google Photos app for Android devices running Android 9.0 and above.
