Google is Rolling Out Home Panel to All Android 14 Devices

Google has some exciting news for Android users! They’ve announced that the Home Panel feature, which lets you easily control your smart home devices from your lock screen or Quick Settings, will soon be available on all Android devices running Android 14.

Initially, the Home Panel was limited to Pixel phones and the Pixel Tablet, but now, Google is extending this feature to all Android devices using the latest operating system.

With the Home Panel, you can quickly access your Spaces and Favorites, which are groups of smart home gadgets you’ve set up to control together. This means you can effortlessly do things like turning off all the lights in a room or activating a scene that changes the lighting and plays music.

The Home Panel is a handy way to manage your smart home devices without the need to open the Google Home app, which is especially useful for frequently used devices like lights and thermostats.

The rollout of the Home Panel to all Android devices will depend on when they receive the Android 14 update. So keep an eye out for this great feature!
