Global Microsoft Outage Sparks Widespread Disruptions

Blue Screen of Death! This is what’s happening to thousands of flights, resulting in long queues at airports in India, Australia, the Philippines, and other countries due to the global Microsoft outage. Not only that, but shipping companies and banks like BPI, Union Bank, PNB, hospitals, and multiple companies using Microsoft systems are affected too!

In the Philippines, airlines and banks are also affected, and companies have posted their own advisories. As a result, airline staff had to manually check in passengers, leading to further delays and inconvenience.

Additionally, some airlines like AirAsia had to cancel several flights scheduled for July 20, 2024.
