Digital bank GCash said on Tuesday that its services are back up and running. This came after it posted on social media that some of its customers “had trouble” getting into their accounts.
On Monday, GCash said that its app had a problem that made it hard for customers to use it.
Still, Gilda Maquilan, who is in charge of communications for GCash, confirmed that GCash services are up and running.
Maquilan said that the problem was caused by a “systems upgrade.”
