As of now, Epic games are sending waves of invites on email to get an access to the work-in-progress beta version. All you need to do is to sign up to www.fortnite.com/mobile and wait for the confirmation. Then once you get in, an email with download link to iOS App Store will be sent.
Is Fortnite coming to Android?
According to Epic Game, it will support Android for the next few months. So Android users got no choice but to be patient.
