Upcoming updates to OPPO‘s ColorOS 15 are poised to introduce significant enhancements aimed at improving user functionality and creativity.
According to recent reports by Digital Chat Station, upcoming ColorOS will include a new feature enabling seamless file transfers between ColorOS devices and Apple products, akin to Apple’s AirDrop technology. This capability is expected to simplify the sharing of files across different platforms, enhancing user convenience.
In addition to cross-platform file transfer, ColorOS 15 will also debut camera enhancements reminiscent of Apple’s Live Photos. This feature allows users to capture brief video clips before and after taking a photo, enabling them to capture more dynamic moments.
ColorOS 15 Rollout
Ma Xin, Director of User Experience and Solutions for OPPO ColorOS, hinted at an initial rollout for internal testing across various OPPO and OnePlus models, including the OPPO Find X7 Series, OPPO Reno11 Series, OnePlus 12, and others. Details regarding the companion app required on Apple devices for seamless connectivity have yet to be disclosed.
