Nokia 6.1 launches in the US, Features Android One

The Nokia 6.1, known as the Nokia 6 (2018) in China, finally launched in the US. The smartphone was first released in China this January. The device is an upgraded version of the previous model and is now part of the mid-range phone department.

The Nokia 6.1 had a great change in its software. The smartphone now runs on Android One. Furthermore, unlike the previous version, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 630 along with 4GB of RAM.

There are also a few changes with the phone’s design. An example would be the relocation of its fingerprint scanner which is now at the back of the handset. Its size also got thinner and the company added some orange accents to the phone. The phone also contains a USB Type C port.

The Nokia 6.1 is priced at $269 (approx. Php 13,924) and will be available in the US on Sunday through online stores –  Amazon and Best Buy.
