The report says that Samsung will unveil its next-gen Galaxy S series phones late February, during the MWC 2018 to be held in Barcelona, Spain.
According to the report, Apple’s iPhone X was the reason why Samsung wanted an early launch of the Galaxy S9, but since their Galaxy S8 and S8+ have been doing well despite the competition, they moved back the launch date.
MWC 2018 will happen February 26 until March 1. The Galaxy S9 will be launched on February 27 Korea time, the report added.
