In almost all category, Samsung’s flagship looks to be the perfect phone with upgrades and additional features here and there.
However, optimistic fans were left saddened when it came only with a single sensor for the back camera. Rumors were already circulating ahead of its launch where Samsung even teased the latest Exynos series featuring dual-ISP technology.
But that rumor is about to change until a recent Galaxy S8 prototype leaked, days after its official launch.
Detailed rumors further suggest that the fingerprint scanner might come below the display in which is missing at the back of the leaked image.
At the very least, we now know that the South Korean-giant DID plan to ride with the dual-camera trend but as for the reason why they canceled – maybe it just looks hideous.
Regardless, it doesn’t mean we won’t see any dual-camera phones from them but rather the upcoming Note series might be the first one to have them.
