Xiaomi showed off the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 in China early this week. As the name of the device suggests, this is the brand’s third folding phone. Both the original Mix Fold and the Mix Fold 2 have only been sold in China. So, will the Mix Fold 3 be sold all over the world?

As previous rumors had said, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will only be available in China. Samsung, Huawei, and Motorola have all released flexible phones on a regular basis for the past couple of years. This year, Tecno launched its first foldable phone, the Phantom V Fold, in more than one market.
In different countries, OPPO put out the Find N2 Flip, and there are rumors that it will soon put out the Find N3 on the global market.
With the release of the OnePlus Open next month (September), OnePlus is also likely to join the market for foldable phones. Honor will release the Honor Magic V2 and another folding phone to the world market on September 1. It looks like Xiaomi might join the market for folding phones around the world in 2024.
In the meantime, the Mix Fold 3 can already be bought in China. The device comes in three colors, including black, black fiber, and gold.
