Besides the LG G5, LG is planning to unveil something rather interesting in MWC 2016. A new series, dubbed the “X” series. Two new handsets under the lineup are set to be unveiled in MWC 2016, none other than the LG X cam and X Screen. Both handsets are unique in their very own way, with the LG X Cam carrying two rear cameras, while the X Screen is said to possess the same secondary display, seen on LG’s massive handset the LG V10.
Let’s start off with the LG X cam, the handset packs a 5.2-inch 1080p FHD display, with a yet-to-be-determined 1.14GHz octa-core chip. For RAM and memory, it carries a standard pairing of 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM. Shooters include a 13MP and 5MP rear shooters, with an 8MP selfie shooter. The LG X Cam runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and packs a 2520mAh battery capacity.
The next handset is the secondary display wielding LG X Screen, The latter carries a 4.93 720p HD display, with a 1.76-inch LCD secondary display. A 1.2GHz clocked quad-core chip will be running the overalls of the handset while a similar 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM combination is seen on the X Screen. The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has a battery capacity of a 2300mAh battery.
The handsets are expected to arrive in March on Key regions such as Asia, Europe and Latin America. The LG X cam is presumably priced at around Php10-13K while the LG X Screen is estimated to be at Php9K-12K. The handsets are expected to be seen in this year’s MWC 2016, so we’ll be sure to update our info on the handsets when we can.
