OPPO ColorOS based on Android 12 launching on September 16, New devices in tow

OPPO has officially announced the unveiling of the ColorOS 12 on September 16 in China. The latest version of Oppo’s OS will be based on Android 12.OPPO ColorOS 12 reveal 1

The event has a tagline, “One More Step” as seen on the invitation poster. Along with the announcement of the new ColorOs12, several new Oppo products including a smartphone, a tablet, and a smartwatch will also launch. The smartphone is possibly the Reno 7 and the new wearable that might be OPPO Watch Free.
Rumors say that ColorOS 12 beta for flagship devices will arrive soon after the announcement, and the stable build is expected to arrive sometime in October.
ColorOS 12 is expected to bring new visual design, floating windows, quick view cards, and improved privacy protection. Further information about this has yet to be revealed.
