
Adding to the smartphone family of Xiaomi, the Chinese manufacturer once again launched a smartphone – The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. It is a lite version of the Xiaomi Mi 8 which was released last June. The newly launched smartphone showcases gradient variants at very budget-friendly price.
The newly launched smartphone sports a 6.26-inch by 1080x2280pixels touchscreen resolution with a waterdrop notch where the front camera is located. The smartphone uses an Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. The lite variant is powered by octa-core Qualcomm SDM660 Snapdragon 660 and supported by Adreno 512.
Furthermore, it also runs by a 4GB/6GB RAM with 64GB/128GB internal storage and can be expanded up to 256GB with the help of microSD.
In terms of optics, Mi 8 Lite is geared with 12MP+5MP dual rear cameras featuring LED flash, HDR and panorama. On the front camera, it sports 24MP and it features Auto HDR.
Going to connectivity details, the smartphone sets to be in 4G LTE and HSPA+. It connects through Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, GLONASS and features fingerprint sensors. The recently released smartphone is power-driven by a 3,350mAh non-removable battery.
