Straight from the release of the X50 Series, the company quietly launches Vivo Y30 phone with a suggested retail price of Php9,999. Available for pre-order until September 4, via online (Lazada and Shopee) and in-store channels, those who will avail will get a free limited edition smartwatch worth Php1,599. Upon release on September 5, walk-in customers can get the Y30 via Home Credit 0% interest 6-month installment plan. A P500 downpayment for online pre-order and P300 for in-store pre-order is required. 
Coming in Moonstone White and Dazzle Blue colors, the Vivo Y30 boasts 4GB RAM and a generous 128GB expandable storage. A common but large 5000mAh battery powers the handset while running FunTouch OS 10 based on the latest version of Android. There are four cameras on the back, most notably 13MP main sensor and 8MP ultrawide. Upfront is an 8MP selfie cam housed inside a pinhole cutout. Though Helio P35 isn’t an impressive chipset, it’s still capable of handling mid-end games. The display size is 6.47″ diagonal, in a 19.5:9 aspect ratio with 720p+ resolution. Though the USB-C port is here already, it’s worth noting that the charging rate is 10W.
