Realme is launching the first Android magnetic wireless charging technology- the Realme MagDart which is similar to Apple’s Magsafe power pack.
The Realme MagDart will attach to the back of a compatible Android device and deliver 15W power (reportedly the fastest magnetic wireless charger yet). The MagDart also has a cooling fan to reduce overheating of the charger. The connection between the charger and the phone is wireless but the MagDart charger does require a USB Type-C connection.
It will be reportedly unveiled alongside a new phone which is called Realme Flash, which is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset. The Realme Flash will come with a triple rear camera setup, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage.
Realme has not yet announced a release date for the MagDart charging technology or the Realme Flash smartphone. More information can be expected in the coming days.
