
OPPO has just released a new smartphone and has dethroned the Realme 8 5G as the most 5G affordable smartphone. This is the OPPO A53s 5G.
The OPPO A53s will sport a 6.52-inch LCD with HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 60Hz. This phone use MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G as its chipset while it is paired with either 6/8GB RAM and only one memory storage configuration, 128GB. This can be expanded with the help of a microSD dedicated slot.
When it comes to its cameras, it has a selfie camera housed in the teardrop notch featuring an 8MP wide camera. For the rear, it has a 13MP main shooter that comes with a pair of 2MP for macro and depth sensors.
When it comes to battery, it comes with a capacity of 5,000mAh supported by a 10W charging. This runs in ColorOS 11.1 based on an Android 11. As for colors, the OPPO A53s are available in Crystal Blue and Ink Blue.
This 5G smartphone will come in two configurations. A 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will cost about RS 14,990 (₱9,760 est.). The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage on the other hand will be priced at RS 16,990 (₱11,065 est.). The first sale will be held by Flipkart at exactly 12 PM on May 2. The international release has no details as of the moment.
