Karaoke Mode Is Now Available on Spotify

It is no secret that karaoke sessions highlight any gathering or event, especially in the Philippines. However, the inconvenience of renting a karaoke machine or setting up the one you have at home can make it a hassle for many people. Fortunately, there’s no need to worry about this since Spotify has just added a Karaoke Mode to its service.

Who would not be excited? Spotify can play over 82 million tracks! A never-ending Karaoke session with anyone.

This latest feature enables you to listen to any song from Spotify’s vast library and sing to it with the updated quality. You can now sing along to the lyrics displayed by the Karaoke Mode on Spotify to jam with your friends and have fun.

On the other hand, Spotify has been offering song lyrics for years now. So if you might are wondering, what is the distinction between this Karaoke feature and the usual lyrics we see? The Karaoke mode will feature scorecards that will rate your singing skills! This is just like what you would find on a real Karaoke machine.

A spontaneous get-together with friends or family members could make for a beautiful opportunity to have quality time together. A Spotify app can be installed on your smartphone, tablet, or even on a smart TV as long as it supports Spotify.

How do I enable the Karaoke mode on Spotify?

Make sure that you have the most recent version of Spotify installed. The Spotify app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or App Store on Android phones, the Apple App Store on iPhones and iPads, or from the application store on your TV or any other device you own.

Launch the Spotify application and pick the song you want to jam to. Afterward, scroll down to the far bottom of the lyrics screen and tap the “Sing” button at the upper right of the screen. That’s it!

Currently, the feature is only available on a couple of devices. You might have to wait a little longer until the Karaoke mode becomes compatible after you’re sure the app is updated.
