How to add signature in Microsoft Outlook on Android and iOS

Most organizations utilize Outlook software, which enables multiple accounts, for official email documentation. Outlook for Android is compatible with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail.

A signature text or image is automatically included in every email you send. Your mobile app’s Outlook signatures are set to “Get Outlook for iOS” or “Get Outlook for Android” depending on the type of operating system on your phone.
