Converge is currently providing members with a brand-new, premium service called XCLSV (pronounced exclusive). The premium service will provide extra benefits and specialized customer assistance that are not offered to users who are not part of the program.
For the new effort, the business has assembled a specialized XCLSV team that will handle support concerns for program participants.

Members of XCLSV receive immediate help from customer service teams, including service team deployments to homes on the same day as reporting. Fast pass/priority lane access if a customer must visit Converge business centers and individualized support from customer care representatives via a direct telephone hotline and email.
Converge subscribers from Plan 3500 up are automatically included in the XCLSV program, with the first batch present during Converge’s official announcement of the new initiative.
