BPI Introduces PHP10 Fee for GCash Cash in Transactions

 

Starting March 1, 2024, there will be a PHP10 fee for loading your e-wallet on GCash through the BPI app’s Pay/Load tab. It’s important to note that this fee is specific to GCash transactions through BPI, and loading to other e-wallets like Maya, Dibz Pay, and Vybe remains free of charge.

So, if you’re a GCash user via the BPI app, be aware of this new fee for loading your e-wallet.

How to Cash In on Your GCash Account?

Link your BPI account:
  • Open the GCash app and click on “Cash In.”
  • Navigate to Online Banks, choose “BPI,” and click “Enroll Now.”
  • Provide your BPI Online username and password to complete the process.
Cash in using your linked BPI account:
  • Access the GCash app and select “Cash In.”
  • From My Linked Accounts, pick “BPI.”
  • Specify the amount, choose an account, input your One-Time PIN, and you’re good to go.
