
The Zenfone 4 series has officially been revealed including their specs and prices. Among the six officially named smartphone lineup are the Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4 Pro, Zenfone 4 Selfie, Selfie Pro, Zenfone 4 Max, Max Plus.
Their processor also differs since the Zenfone 4 is powered by Snapdragon 660, the Pro has a Snapdragon 835. In this pair, the key comparison lies on their dual camera feature.
The Zenfone 4 has a 12MP + 8MP rear dual camera setup but has a 120-degree wide angle feature. On the other hand, the Pro’s 12MP + 16MP rear camera setup has a 2X optical zoom feature.
Zenfone 4 Pro
Of course, in the matter of “selfie,” these two differ in camera. Compared to the Zenfone 4 Selfie’s 20MP+8MP front camera, the Pro has 24MP+5MP. Amid processor difference, both still have the same 5.5inch display, 4GB RAM/64GB ROM, and 3,000mAh battery. The Pro just has a 3GB RAM variant.
ASUS Zenfone 4 Selfie
These two devices were quietly launched in Russia last month. The Zenfone 4 Max and Max Pro, of course, features a high battery power. Both of the handsets is boosted by 5,000mAh battery.
The Max and Max Pro differs in their camera since the first has a 13MP+5MP rear while the latter has a slightly higher res of 16MP+5MP. Yet, both have a rear 120-degree wide angle feature and 8MP front camera.
ASUS Zenfone 4 Max ZC554KL
Regarding the official price, the Zenfone 4 has the cost of $399 (P20,000) while the Pro variant costs $599 (P30,000). Meanwhile, the Zenfone 4 Selfie has the price of $279 (P14,000) while its Selfie Pro costs $379 (P19,0000). The Zenfone 4 Max Pro with the HD screen and 3GB RAM is priced at P10,000 pesos.
