The Xiaomi Mi 8 Youth was recently seen on TENNA and now, a teaser was posted on Xiaomi’s official Weibo account. The poster confirms the launch of the mentioned device that will happen on Sept 19 in an exclusive event in Chengdu, China.
As per the leaks and rumors, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Youth is expected to feature a 6.26″ display, with a screen resolution of 1080×2280 pixels, and 19:9 aspect ratio. In addition, it was also rumored to sport a notched screen.
Under the hood, it might be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with three RAM variants such as 4GB/ 6GB/ 8GB of RAM. It might run on Android 8.1 Oreo having 4G VoLTE connectivity support.
Going to its optics, it may feature a 24 megapixel camera for taking selfies and a dual 12 megapixel sensors on the back with LED flash.
According to the leaks, it will be fueled by a 3500 mAh battery, with a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0
