A total of eight Sony Xperia smartphones will receive Android 10 starting December 2019. The first batch will include the Xperia 1 and Xperia 5. Four 2018 flagship models are also slated to receive the latest version of Android — Xperia XZ2, XZ2 Compact, XZ2 Premium, and XZ3. The only latest devices to receive Android 10 are the Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus.
Android 10 introduces system-wide dark mode, Focus Mode, Smart Reply, and a bunch of security updates.
