Realme GT Neo 3 vs Motorola S30 Pro: Specs Comparison

There are several options available right now if you’re seeking a phone with an incredible performance at a reasonable cost. One of these is the incredible flagship-killer Motorola S30 Pro, which only just hit the Asian market. However, as was previously stated, it is not the only one, which is why we are comparing it to a number of other products in the same price range. Today’s gadget is the Realme GT Neo 3, which has already been released in worldwide markets, including the European one. It features the quickest charging technology ever as well as a CPU that can compete with flagship models. This comparison of the Realme GT Neo 3 and Motorola Moto S30 Pro’s primary features will help you decide which one offers the greatest value for your money.

DESIGN

Due to its side-curved screen and extremely high screen-to-body ratio, the Motorola Moto S30 Pro has a particularly beautiful appearance. But that’s not all; this gadget also has a Gorilla Glass 5 protected premium glass back that is splash and dust-resistant. The Realme GT Neo 3, on the other hand, is an extremely provocative phone as well because of its sports car-inspired back design. Additionally, it has a glass back and a very high screen-to-body ratio. Therefore, despite the fact that I personally prefer the Motorola Moto S30 Pro’s curved screen, these are both gorgeous smartphones. But not everyone like TVs with curved edges. The Motorola’s ability to be smaller, lighter, and thinner is a significant advantage.

DISPLAY

The screens on these two phones are incredible. The 6.55-inch P-OLED display on the Motorola S30 Pro features a maximum color gamut of one billion, a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a refresh rate of 144Hz, and HDR10+ certification. With a 6.7-inch diagonal AMOLED display, FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ certification, the Realme GT Neo 3 is capable of displaying up to one billion colors. The Realme features a larger display but a lower refresh rate, as is clear to see. Both devices have an in-display fingerprint scanner for verification, however, only the Realme GT Neo 3 has stereo speakers, which improves the music quality.

SPECS & PERFORMANCE

The Motorola Moto S30 Pro is the best choice if you’re seeking a phone with the best performance. It is driven by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 Plus mobile platform, which was created using a 5 nm manufacturing process. An Adreno 660 GPU, three Cortex A78 CPUs operating at 2.42 GHz, four Cortex A78 CPUs running at 1.8 GHz, and a Cortex X1 CPU with a maximum frequency of 2.99 GHz make up this chipset’s octa-core design. The SoC is combined with up to 512 GB of native UFS 3.1 storage and up to 12GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 888+, which can be combined with up to 12GB of RAM, is really superior to the Mediatek Dimensity 8100 featured on the Realme GT Neo 3. The GT Neo3’s internal storage capacity is also limited to just 256 GB. Both devices ship with Android 12 preinstalled, but MYUI 4.0 and Realme UI 3.0—the latter of which is far more sophisticated—have been added to modify them.

CAMERA

Both of these phones include three back cameras, including a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), however, the Motorola S30 Pro’s ultrawide secondary camera has a greater 13MP resolution. This is the single physical benefit of this gadget that makes it the winner of the camera comparison. With a 50 MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro lens, the remainder of these two gadgets is almost identical. The 32MP front camera on the Motorola Moto S30 Pro gives it the advantage in the selfie comparison.

BATTERY

Finally, the battery. There are two versions of the Realme GT Neo 3: one with a 5000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging and another with a 4500mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging. You receive a larger battery and quicker charging technologies in both scenarios. However, the Realme GT Neo3 150W model has around the same battery life as the Motorola.

PRICE & AVAILABILITY

The Realme GT Neo 3 costs Php25,999 in our market, while the Motorola S30 Pro, for which there is currently no information on availability in the Philippines, has been unveiled. It is anticipated to debut as the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion, though.
