OPPO is set to launch the OPPO A5 and A5 Vitality Edition smartphones in China on March 18.
OPPO A5
The phone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch OLED FHD+ display and a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary lens, while the front camera is 8MP.
It will be available in four storage options, 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.
It will have a 6500mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
Vitality Edition
The Vitality Edition is expected to have a 6.67-inch LCD HD+ display.
The camera setup remains the same as the A5, with a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP secondary lens, and an 8MP front camera.
Under the hood, it will be powered by a Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB configurations.
It is expected to pack a 5,800mAh battery with 45W charging Both models will feature IP66/68/69 ratings for durability.
The devices are now available for pre-order through OPPO‘s online store. However, full specification and other details will be revealed on the launch on March 18, 2025.
