Not a month has passed after the unveiling of OnePlus 7T Pro, and we already have the first rumor regarding the presumed OnePlus 8 Pro that’s slated for next year’s release.
@OnLeaks and 91mobiles have come together yet again to deliver a first look of OnePlus 8 Series, particularly the pro model. While the vertical camera strip on the back shows three main sensors, there’s another one beside the top lens that serves as the 4th sensor. According to the leak, it’s a 3D ToF sensor — enabling 3D depth mapping for 3D photography, AR, and better portrait mode.
One major change is the lack of pop-up selfie camera — that’s because there’s a tiny pinhole selfie camera on the top-left corner. It’s been rumored that Samsung’s 2020 flagship phones will feature an under-screen selfie camera to put the notch to rest. But apparently, a major brand like OnePlus would rather have a pinhole instead of living the notch or pop-up life. Last but not least is the possibility of 5G capability.
