Nokia 8.1 2018 to debut in HMD event in Dubai

New solid leaks confirm that the previous Nokia X7 that was launched in China last month is likely the Nokia 8.1 2018 priced at $400 or about P20,000 pesos with codename Phoenix for the international or global version. The specs are identical and we will have HMD Global confirm this on the Dubai event next week if indeed true.

The Nokia 8.1 is said to feature a dual 12MP + 13MP AI cameras at the back and a massive 20MP selfie camera at the front. It will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 710 and a 3500mAh battery. The RAM is configurable up to 6GB and maximum 128GB internal storage.

Surprisingly, the Nokia 8.1 will run on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box and will be supported with software updates for up to 2 years.
