A significant upgrade, MIUI 14, built on Android 13, has been released for the best-selling POCO F3 smartphone in Xiaomi’s midrange segment. With this upgrade, the gadget gains a slew of functional new capabilities.
The Poco F3 now looks and feels different thanks to MIUI 14, the most current iteration of Xiaomi’s custom Android skin. The new user interface is brighter and more engaging, with smoother movements and changes that bring the gadget to life. The upgrade also improves the notification system and provides a more convenient menu for quickly accessing preferences.
In-house MIUI, 14 testing on the Poco F3, is complete, so the device can now release to the public—the V14.0.7.0.TKHEUXM update will initially roll out in Europe. The upgrade is being tested and will be released to other platforms soon. To directly inspect for upgrades, go to the phone’s Settings > About > Tap the MIUI logo > Check for Updates. Verify if there are any new releases.
The MIUI 12–based Poco F3 debuted in March 2021 and ran on Android 11. The device features a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 870 CPU with up to 8 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of internal storage, a quad-camera array with a 48MP primary lens, a 20MP selfie camera, and a 4520mAh battery with 33W rapid charging.
