Hello khei, i applied in the Philippines for dual citizenship last June 4, 2019. They told me to wait for 3 months for the results and the certificate. So now i need to go back to philippines after 3 months to get it. I wished i did it in the UK because i can get it same day there. Inquire in US first if how long it takes to get the dual citizenship there. Goodluck!
