
Honda has updated its most popular crossover, the CR-V, for 2020. The new Honda CR-V features refreshed exterior design with added skid and lip for front and rear bumpers. It also mimics the sporty looks of the newest Honda Civic.

Another addition to the US market is the Honda CR-V EV Hybrid model or the electric and engine combination. This produces around 212 horsepower compared to the 190 horsepower of the regular 2.4-liter gasoline. Honda will also remove the 2.4-liter engine in favor of the 1.5-liter turbocharged which has the same 190 horsepower.
With the launch of the 2020 Honda CR-V on the 1.5-liter engine, the Philippines may eventually offer this engine on top of the 2.0-liter diesel engine on the current models, locally.
The pricing of the Honda CR-V for the year 2020 remains the same and it is expected to become available in the Philippines next year for P1.5-million base model pricing.
