The OPPO A83 is now finally here in the Philippines. Priced at Php 9,990, you’ll get this smartphone that has a similar feel to the OPPO F5. Some are calling this as the “more affordable” Selfie Expert. So, we’re here to show you some of our first shots with it!
These shots were taken at an arcade, to test if the 13MP rear camera of the OPPO A83 can take different types of lighting sources well.
Shots of a concert lightstick. For this one, I can say that it can capture descent night-lit shots, it’s just a little bit grainy. It can be fixed through a simple color correction though.
These shots are pretty detailed even on a closer inspection and color reproduction is also close to accurate making a great photo quality overall. It has a bluish tone since it was taken on a gloomy day.
Some outdoor shots! It was a gloomy day so the pictures looked a little sad, but we’ll surely include daylight outdoor shots in our review soon.
Selfie shots without the AI beautification mode. These shots also have great results even without the beauty feature on.
Selfie shots with beautification mode on. Beauty mode can also be either on auto or manual which you can decide how much beautification you want in a photo. In my opinion, the selfies on this A83 are at par with the quality of the original selfie expert, OPPO F5.
