What seems the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A Prime was recently spotted certified on the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC). As there is no clear name, the device that bears model number MDG6S could possibly be the Redmi Note 5A Plus.
Moving on, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A Prime was spotted sporting a 5.5-inch 720p IPS LCD. Inside is 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM powered by a Snapdragon 435. Cameras are expected to consist of a 13MP rear and a 16MP front. It is speculated to run on Android 7.1 Nougat with MIUI 9 and have a 3,080m/4,000mAh battery.
Ports include a 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro-USB. However, being certified in the FCC doesn’t mean it would be released in the U.S already. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated as soon as the Xiaomi Redmi 5, Plus/Prime and Note 5Â are launched this October 2017 in China.
