Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is now officially launched with a really impressive specs and refined metal design for its P6,000 price on the 2GB RAM base model (prices may vary).
Like the Xiaomi Redmi Pro, the Redmi Note 4 is also powered by a deca-core Helio X20 processor clocked at a max speed of 2.1GHz and whopping 4100mAh battery. The RAM and storage have options for 2GB RAM + 16GB and 3GB RAM + 64GB–both are expandable storage via a microSD card.
The Chinese company also highlights the 13MP and 5MP cameras that shoot realistic photos. Of course, we will be doing our very own camera review to check if this is real or just a marketing.
Nonetheless, the Redmi Note 4 is a serious contender in budget and mid-range Android categories.
Running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and MI UI 8.0, the Redmi Note 4 3GB RAM + 64GB model is expected to retail at P8,000 – 9,000 pesos price.
There are no specific launch and release dates for global and the Philippines yet but expect the Redmi Note 4 to be available next month in online stores.

Helio X20, but we still need to test the efficiency vs other chipsets.

What about the issue on GPS efficiency for Mediatek controlled chipset? is this already fixed?
Jade Jardinico says:
I think it’s fixed with newer chips.
