
Xiaomi will be releasing its new flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 8. Recent rumors suggest that it will be arriving with a 3D face recognition and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Today, it was confirmed that the new Xiaomi smartphone will feature a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as seen on the leaked poster. Last week, the same blue Mi 8 smartphone was seen online but the rear part of the device was hidden.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 might feature a 6.2″ OLED notched display with FHD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 19:9. It might be powered by the Snapdragon 845 along with 6GB of RAM and an internal storage of 128GB.
The device might also be fueled by a 3,300mAh battery and run on Android Oreo. The Mi 8 might arrive with a price tag of 2,999 Yuan (approx. Php 24,703).
