Back in May, Vivo announced the Y70s with Exynos 880 chipset. Thanks to that partnership with Samsung, the company was able to release an affordable 5G phone on the market. Seeing the positive feedback from customers, Vivo is doing it yet again but, with the Y51s this time. Interestingly, most of the specs of the Y70s gets carried over to the Y51s. However, the price is now CNY 1,798(~P12,600) for the non-expandable 6GB/128GB model that will go on sale starting July 29.
Like most smartphones today, the screen size is 6.53″ FHD+ IPS LCD with a hole-punch 8MP selfie camera. The main cameras, on the other end, use a 48MP sensor, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth lenses. A generous 4500mAh battery supports 18W fast charging, unfortunately, through micro USB. Vivo Y51s is available in black, blue, and white colors.
