ASUS ROG Phone 2 has been dethroned by an unreleased Realme device as the fastest phone (based on Antutu benchmark). With a model number RMX2071, the device is said to be the yet to be released Realme X50 Pro. It has scored an overall 574,985 vs 506,832 of the ASUS gaming phone. Although not included in the leaked benchmark score, the chipset is believed to be the Snapdragon 865 that features a dedicated 5G modem.
As always, Antutu is not the basis of real-world performance. However, the numbers give an idea of how powerful a device is. The software doesn’t only compute the CPU’s performance but also includes the GPU, UX/UI, and RAM. That said, we still can’t help but get excited about this upcoming Realme phone. Rumors state that it may debut at Mobile World Congress 2020, between February 24 to 27.
