A few weeks back, Apple announced diverse emoji options for both iOS and OS X where various skin color selections for emojis featuring people, faces, hands and other exposed skins; and new country flags have been added to the somewhat limited original set.
Also part of its self-promotion, Apple replaced the icons for phone and computer with updated products and the traditional watch with an Apple Watch.
The company also announced some progressive changes being made to be included such as families featuring same-sex parents.
And now, new changes have been updated. It seems like the man emoji will have a new, more elaborate mustache that makes it appear creepier.
And big deal for fans out there, the updated ‘prayer hands’ emoji will be missing the rays of light that made it so inspirational. According to a report, this may be a move to create a more secular emoji keyboard or make the prayer emoji interchangeable with a high five.
These emoji makeovers will be released by Emojipedia and will be available by the time the new Apple OS update is made available.
