Microsoft’s Surface Go Windows 2-in-1 tablet is finally available globally, but now, the local store Villman is offering the Windows 10 slate for Php 39,990 as an official grey market price for 8GB RAM and 128GB model without the Type Keyboard.

Grey market means Microsoft has not officially launched the Surface here but local resellers brought the device and priced it a bit more expensive over the original SRP. This is the same when a Surface Studio has become available thru other resellers last year.
How to buy or deliver Surface Go or Laptop from abroad to the Philippines
Another option is going thru online shops like Amazon or eBay and ship it via Johnny Air Cargo which has a US address. Just note that you will also pay for the shipping and customs fees which could tick at about $50 to $100 depending on how heavy the item is.
Finally, if the Surface Go is available from neighboring countries like Hong Kong, China, etc. you can also purchase it via Lazada.
