The entry level Android smartphone in running on 6.0 Marshmallow and ready to be released with its official price of $200 / P9k pesos. It features a modest budget Android specs including a 5-inch HD display, 2700mAh battery, quad-core processor, 16GB internal, 1.5GB RAM, and 13MP + 5MP selfie dual-camera setup.

Sony is also promising of up to 2 days of battery life from this device, which is great given the fact that most budget Androids today won’t even last a full day of use.
The Xperia E5 will become available starting this June and will be released first in Europe, Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. Asia, including the Philippines, will probably get it by later date but with the close or equivalent pricing as to other regions at P9k / 199 Euro / 200 USD.
