Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 Priced in PH

Aside from the Galaxy Z Fold7, Samsung has officially launched the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and its more affordable version, the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE in the local market.

The Galaxy Z Flip7 features a larger 4.1-inch Super AMOLED FlexWindow that now stretches edge-to-edge. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 2,600 nits of brightness. The main screen is a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, also with a 120Hz refresh rate.

It comes with a larger 4,300mAh battery, the biggest in the Flip series so far.

Samsung claims it can deliver up to 31 hours of video playback. Powering the device is a 3nm processor with upgraded CPU, GPU, and NPU performance. Samsung DeX is now supported, making the Flip7 usable as a mini PC when connected to a screen.

The FlexWindow has been upgraded with more features powered by Galaxy AI. Users can now use Gemini Live for voice-based tasks, access real-time updates through Now Bar and Now Brief, and customize widgets, wallpapers, and font styles directly from the cover screen.

The phone has a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. It offers enhanced Nightography.

New camera tools include a Zoom Slider, real-time filters, Dual Preview, and AI-powered editing with Portrait Studio.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE offers a more affordable foldable option. It has a 6.7-inch main display and includes the same 50MP camera.

It supports Flex Mode and Now Brief features on its cover screen. It will be available in Black and White as online exclusives.

Both devices run on Android 16 with One UI 8. Security has been improved with Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection and quantum-resistant encryption in Secure Wi-Fi.
