The successful Samsung Galaxy Note 5 might be seeing a new successor sometime this year as new rumors regarding the handset’s existence was spotted in China. Let’s take a closer look on the possible new successor to the massive Galaxy Note 5, the Galaxy Note 6.
From the rumors, the Galaxy Note 6 is said to pack a 5.8-inch display and is said to carry 6GB of RAM, which isn’t much of a longshot since Samsung has already provided 6GB of RAM handsets in the past. The mystery lies however on its chipset, with the Galaxy Note 6 being said to feature two variants of chipsets, which is similar to the yet-to-be-unveiled Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. From this, we can assume that a Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890 chip would house the upcoming Note 6.
Memory-wise it has a 64/128GB option, while a 12MP rear shooter is in charge of the shooting department, which we can also assume to be a BRITCELL sensor, similar to to the Galaxy S7.
