First announced in May, the Samsung Galaxy J8 is set to make its arrival in the Philippines following its release in India last month. This device features a dual rear camera which is the second in J series.
The Samsung Galaxy J8 that will be released here features a 6-inch display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1480 powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 with an octa-core processor clocked up to 1.8GHz and an Adreno 506 GPU.
It has RAM and storage variants of 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. Both can be expanded via microSD card.
It houses a dual 16-megapixel sensor with f/1.7 aperture + 5-megapixel with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash and a 16-megapixel selfie snapper with f/1.9 aperture and a soft-light LED flash.
In addition, the device will be fueled by a 3,500mAh battery and run on Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy J8 will be available in colors Blue, Black, and Gold.
As of now, details of the pricing is still unknown.
