Samsung has silently unveiled the Galaxy A04 as the successor to the Galaxy A03, which went official in November 2021. The brand’s entry-level phone packs key features such as an HD+ display, 50-megapixel dual rear cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery.
In terms of size and weight, the Samsung Galaxy A04 measures 164.4 x 76.3 x 9.1mm and weighs around 192 grams. With an Infinity-V notch, the device’s LCD panel measures 6.5 inches. Screen resolutions up to HD+ are supported. An 8-megapixel selfie camera is located on the front of the device.
An LED flash is mounted on the back along with a dual-camera system. The primary camera is 50 megapixels with an aperture of f/1.8, and the depth sensor is 2 megapixels. With One UI Core 4.1 overlaid on Android 12, the handset runs on Android 12.
An Exynos 850 processor appears to be behind the device’s octa-core processor. There is a choice of 4GB / 6GB / 8GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB / 128GB of storage on the device. MicroSD cards can be used on the device to expand its storage capacity.
An internal battery of 5,000mAh powers the device. A 3.5mm headphone jack, 4G VoLTE support, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB-C port, and dual SIM support are all included.
While Samsung has announced the Galaxy A04, its price and availability have not been revealed. The A04 will, however, be priced at €169, according to a recent report. The product is available in four colors: black, white, green, and copper.
