As of 2018, only selected DFA Offices will allow online appointments. Check the DFA website to reserve an appointment schedule. Here are the following offices that allows online appointments:

No appointment is needed for the following: Senior Citizen with Senior Citizen ID, Person with Disability (PWDs) with PWD ID or visible disability, Solo Parent with Valid Solo Parent ID, Pregnant women with medical certificate, Minors seven (7) years old and below.
Or, if you’re in a rush, you can apply your renewal at the DFA offices in your region. This is a first-come-first-serve basis. So, we suggest you fall in line early in the morning.
If you’re done with all the requirements, and already have a schedule )for online applicants), proceed to the DFA office at your region or the DFA office you’ve chosen. Give the requirements, pay the processing fee, let them get your biometrics and some information, signature, and photo.
